Discussing project management

SES’s project steering committee comprising of all partners’ local coordinators met in Krems, Austria , between February 26th and March 2nd, 2018.
All currently relevant organizational issues were thoroughly discussed and further management of the same set out – this included Local Dissemination Workshops and Stakeholder trainings to be held in all Ethiopian partner institutions, the joint and unfortunately protracted equipment purchase process, the interim report to be filed until April 15th, Open Course Ware requirements and case study work as well as media coverage and budgetary matters.

Furthermore, partners attended lectures and participated in lively interaction during a workshop held by dean Gerald Steiner on options and tools to engage different stakeholders in participatory interaction.

During the meeting’s last day participants, following an offer from the Urban Future Global Conference took part in a field trip to a multistorey passive house in Vienna.
